All you can do is hold warm compresses on it every couple hours to localize it. Don't pop it; let it resolve by itself or you'll end up with a scar. Be sure your hands are clean when you mess with it, and keep the area clean. Use cover-up when you go out.

NATURAL ACNE PROTOCOL
1/ Never, ever touch your face.
2/ Use 3 facecloths to wash your face, one to soap on, one to soap off with very hot water, one to rinse off with ice cold water, in that order, once a day.
3/ If you are under 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A once a day with a full meal
4/ If you are over 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A twice a day with a full meal.
Do not get pregnant while taking vitamin A. Do not take any more, like Accutane, it will stop you growing.
5/ Never, ever. pick, squeeze or pop your spot. Read number 1 again.
6/ Do this for 90 days.
7/ Invest in a brand new pillow and 2 new or more pillow cases to double bag' your pillow. HOT wash every couple of days.

A bit of advice given to me as a teenager, a bit of science as I am studying allergic reactions and vitamin A is a part of that. A bit of research: I sat in a lecture at the back and watched the acne prone pick at their faces, those with the worse acne touched their faces 32 times in an hour, the clearest complexions didn't touch their faces even once. I have circumstantial evidence that acne is the result of dermatophyte transfer from hands to face...where it does not get washed off and is well fed by hormones, sweat a
nd oil...just a hypothesis... But it would explain why vitamin A is so effective as vitamin causes skin to remove dermatophytes.

The secret is never to touch the spots

Tips on how to treat acne and achieve perfect clear skin in as little as 7 days?

Simple heat will do the trick. Dampen a washrag, heat it in the microwave to get it as hot as you can stand, then apply directly to the spot in question, hold until it cools to lukewarm. Repeat this as often as you can, hot as you can stand without burning yourself. It will bring things to a head,so to speak, and make it drain itself all by itself. Don't poke, prod or squeeze, apply no potions like toothpaste or eyedrops. When it begins to drain, you can encourage it along with some very gentle downward pressure on the sides- not squeezing it together. If you get in a rush, you can break it beneath the skin and spread it to new spots. Pimples are caused by the same bacteria that live on your skin. They have simply gotten into the skin via a pore, and set up housekeeping. It came under attack from your immune system, who will kick bacteria butt and make a nice whitehead in time. It's not in any way connected to what you ate, despite the old tales. It's dirt and bacteria where they don't belong. Keep your face clean, and plain old fashioned soap and water work best for that. Use plain old witch hazel to rinse it off with afterwards and to wipe down the face periodically, especially before bed and after shaving. Treat specific spots with a drop of tea tree oil before bed and after a pimple drains to encourage healing and kill bacteria. Otherwise keep your hands off your face, and before you touch it wash your hands. Don't pick, don't squeeze. Really bad spots can do with a tiny bit of acne spot gel to help reduce the excess oil. Don't use it all over, it dries skin and dry skin breaks out just as bad if not worse. After you shave, be sure to wash all the shave cream off and wipe with witch hazel. Use a clean or new razor blade each time. Your skin really doesn't need or appreciate the "help" of squeezing and potions. Just keep it clean.

THIS WORKS FAST & CHEAP!!!
I used Tetracyclin, Proactive, Retina A and had many expensive facials with less than good results.
This has worked for me and many many other happy people. Go to pharm.,Drug store, or Walmart,
buy "PURPOSE" bar of soap - Blue box - Made by Johnson & Johnson - wash your face with this
2-3x's per day. Also pick up a LOW strength Benzoyl-peroxide cream, apply the cream by dabbing
to the individual blemishes.... DONT rub it in works using a oxidation/reduction reaction...DONT over
use this or put anywhere else on your face.. It will cause drying and make you look worse. Also, If need
which probably will for moisture ASK FOR "NUTRADERM lotion" - the orginal not the new stuff, this works
great and wont clog pores or leave a residue on your skin...Additonal TIPS: acne, pimples, etc are
frequently cause by a bacteria or hormone issues.... DONT PICK POP POKE (your hands are the
dirtiest part of your body) and will cause: infections, spreading of germs, more breakouts and scarring
DONT EVER listen to people online who tell you to scrub your sensative skin or use harsh chemicals
such as: Lemon juice, vinagar, alcohol, etc... DONT EVER use that APRICOT CRAP!!! DONT USE
PROACTIVE- this is expensive and harsh it may kill the bacteria cause also Benzoyl based wash but
will irritate skin and cause bleaching of face and neck.... Other similar treatments may work.. also
things such as Accutane but have serious side effects.... THIS WORKS FAST AND CHEAP!!! I no
longer get expensive facials, take oral antibiotics, or even NEED makeup... I am very happy - Have
very good skin... and have many many other happy friends... THANKS again to my WONDERFUL
DERMATOLOGIST... TRY THIS!! GOOD LUCK.... PS. "PURPOSE" costs about $3

From my experience, keep washing it with soap and water every 2 hours. The pimple will get dry everytime you wash it and this will allow it to be solid and then it will drop!

This is from my own experience when i was 18 :)
now I am 34.

Astringent try Sea Breeze or Witch Hazel twice a day but no more. If you over do it, it might months and months worth of damage and that one spot will keep flaking off dry skin, its happened to me before.

You can cut your nose off and substitute it with a French nose or you can be patient and let the pimple die away.

do NOT popo it because that will spread the bacteria and you will just get more/ have a scar. So i just wait for my pimples to go away by putting makeup over them.
