My dad is getting married for the 3rd time to a woman that he just met 2 months ago. This is her 3rd marriage also. Obviously, I don't know her well, but I have been to her house, and she is a complete pack rat! There are atleast 20 picture frames on each flat surface and her kitchen has items stored on the counters, so anything for the house is definately not an option. My dad could use some new clothes, but she has an overabundance. I don't think it would be very nice to just buy something for him (even though that's really what I want to do). The wedding is in a few months, so I do still have some time. What should I get them?

You are a precious daughter to be worrying so much about your gift. I would do them a "honeymoon" basket. Get a basket and fill it with all kinds of goodies. If they drink, a bottle of nice wine or champainge with two glasses. Candles, chocolates, cheese and crackers.
You can spend a fortune or you can do the dollar tree thing. But add some candles, bubble baths, and pretty soaps. It's something "special" for their wedding night, and it's a perfect gift for couples, whom have everything.
If they are going on a honeymoon, you could give them a pretty photo album to hold their pictures. I know you want something special, and it will be because it's from you! I promise, anything that my children give is "wonderful" because they gave it to me with love. So, sweetie choose a gift from the heart, it could be matching t-shirts with Mr. and Mrs.______ on them. That's cute, and easily done. Promise whatever you decide it's going to "wonderful"!
God bless us all..........................

Make a list of all of your dad's favorite hobbies. Buy a gift certificate to somewhere nice that he can enjoy these hobbies. (reading=borders gift certificate, ect) When you visit his bride's house, pay attention to everything. If she has a bunch of little dog statues, get her tickets to a dog show or something. If she has a bunch of electronics, get her a gift certificate to circuit city. Maybe put these things in a nice basket and have it sent to their honeymoon hotel room. It's very nice of you to be so worried about the gift you give them, your dad is lucky to have you. Good luck finding a gift!!!

Get them an engraved present from issues Remembered, like a wood Kleenex field, a heart paperweight, and so on. The engraving shows theory and that's own. supply it to them on the practice consultation dinner once you assert toasts.

Sorry to say it, but perhaps a card for a marriage counselor or a divorce lawyer? If they're both on their third wedding and you don't really know her, then I wouldn't spend a whole lot on them. Buy a nice card and wish them good luck.
