I eat a slice of banana bread for breakfast with some fruit, along with an iron-enriched vitamin, a lean cuisine tvdinner for lunch (about 300 calories per dinner), carrots and quaker rice cakes for snacks, and something small (about 200 calories) for dinner?

Also, if I did cardiovascular exercise 3-5 times a week for 45 minutes each time.

I am 110lbs and almost 5'1. I want to be about 102-4. How long would it take for me to reach my goal?

Please don't tell me I'm too skinny as it is, I want to lose weight first before I work on muscle-toning.

I'm a vegetarian, with a petite frame but semi-wide hips.

Most of my weight I have to say in is my rear. Any tips on beating that too?

110-103...if you do it right you will lose it in a month and 3 weeks, safely, however maybe less depending on the calorie count. Remember -500 what you normally would...just don't go underweight on us, =p

For average metabolism (Female) take you body weight x 13 this is how many calories you must eat to stay where you are at. Eat more your gain, eat less you lose. remember 1 pound is 3500 calories. Adding exercise will burn more calories and help you get there quicker. This formula is a base line, each persones actual is a little different

Its hard to say cause it depends on your body type and water retention.I disagree when you say you want to lose weight first before working on muscle-toning cause if you do both the results would be much faster as when you lift weights your burning body fat as well.As for your diet eat more proteins so you get the shape faster as meats have amino-acid to burn body fat and calories.Eat salads and fruits at night.
