Well, you should probably do some research. I'm not bias to any one religion, but I'm guessing your talking about Christianity. If that is the case, God is all knowing. He got the idea because he's God. He created everything in the universe, so why would it be hard for him to think up the idea of coming into existence??? If God created everything, than everything was his idea in the first place. You should try to be a little more specific to which religion you are referring.
