I find it releases endorphans, which elevate my moods

excercise releases endophans which makes us happy it also increases our energy levels which makes alot of people happier as well
Besides that staying in shape make our bodies healthier inside and out which is anouther cause for happiness
oh yeah and its fun!!!!

It just helps keep you in good physical as well as mental health. If you neglect your body mentally and physically then your going not going to feel good and look good. You will suffer and those around you will suffer.
