If you are not a big water drinker, I suggest that a week before you start to use it, begin to drink at least a 1/2 oz of water per pound of your current bodyweight. over the course of the week build-up to drinkng your bodies proper amount. The product will work better and you wont become dehydrated from it, because it does contain ALOT of caffeine at the prescribed beginning dosages, never mind the working dose a month later.
If your planning to use it make sure you are doing some type a cardio exercise along with it.

I just took some. I like the new formula, Hardcore. Don't take the recommended amount, it will make you shaky. I take 2 (they recommend 3) in the morning, and when I go work out a couple of hours later I get through a tough workout better. I don't take them at all later in the day in fear that I won't be able to sleep. Combine it with daily exercise and a good healthy diet and you can see results like the magazine add people have. It isn't bogus. MuscleTech (the manufacturer) spends millions on research for their products and have been one of the mose trusted names in fitness. Look into it. I have taken every variation of hydroxycut currently available, and the hardcore one is the best. The regular version made me too shaky, and the caffeine-free didn't feel like anything. Good luck.

Yes, It was just ok for me. Metabolife seems to work the best for me. Try some of the ones out there and see which ones works the best for you

its just an over the counter type of speed, dont use it, other problems will arise from its use, eat right and exercise everyday, there is no quick fix!
