There's nothing wrong with sleeping during the day, as long as it doesn't prevent you from sleeping at night. More often than not a nap does you good.

If you didn't get a good night's sleep [like say less than 6 hours] & if you worked your butt off, then yes. It's okay to rest, take a nap for a while [don't make it more than 2 hrs, because that'll mess your routine up]. I've seen alot of people take afternoon naps. And that is sleeping, only for a little while.

A nap in the middle of the day is a great idea. A lot of countries observe a naptime in the middle of the day. Your energy is restored and your body is allowed some necessary recoup time. Try it - you'll be surprised how much it helps the rest of your day.

Yeah- its OK to sleep during the day.

Some cultures even promote it- especially when its very hot at mid-day.

Older people too sometimes have little naps.

It doesn't do them any harm.

yes its ok to sleep during the day if you're really that tired,but make sure you're home in bed.it would be embarassing ouy in public

of course! i wish i could sleep during the day but because of my genetics i can't............sleeping during the day is a good thing and do everytging u can to sleep during the day! --DO NOT STOP YOURSELF.................sleeping during the day hnelpes you feel better and more relaxed.......YOU DESERVE IT!
