Okay,
I bought a scale on the beginning of March,
I weighed 319
then since last week, I weighed 314

then today..about less than a week I weighed myself and I weigh 306.

nearly 8 pounds in like a week!
I mean...its too good to be true...
Well I hardly even eat, I eat special K for breakfast, and nothing for lunch (i don't like eating at my school cafeteria)

when I get home, I eat like some chicken, but not the fattening kind. but it grosses me out, so I don't finish it all.

I mean I used to be a binge eater, so what now? am I turning anorexic or some crap? I'm hardly hungry anymore, is it because of my depression pills? I take Flouxetine aka prozac

Lol,
Silly. I do exercise every day.

Its about 4,000 steps of dancing, which equals about 2.9 miles of dancing.

I have some meter step thing. I use that Zumba work out program.

Yes, I have been eating healthy, I have been basically "Clean" for 1 month, with out any junk foods, like chips, ice cream, pizza, fast food.

But I really can't afford any vegies, and besides my mom doesn't even like vegiies.
all she cooks is fatty foods, then makes me a seperate meal.

but OMG!
I feel soo stupid, and child like. because I was never taught how to cook, if I do. I just mess up, and the food goes to waste.

Depression can make you overeat, so an antidepressant can make you eat more normally and get rid of the urge to binge.

Often when a person stops eating right eating junk food or stuff bad for them does gross them out as you say.

The more you weigh, the quicker you lose weight. In the beginning a pound a day is not unusual, but some of that is water. The weight loss should slow down, and water weight can return.

Drink a lot of water and add in some veggies. Take advantage of this time to develop some decent eating habits.

It is possible to lose that weight in the short term, but you don't sound like you are eating enough. Eating a balanced diet is really important. Even though you say you don't have an appetite, if you don't eat enough, your body will go into starvation mode and will start storing fat and you wont lose anything. Also, if you don't eat well your skin, hair and nails will suffer - they act as markers of good health. Doing some sensible exercise may help stimulate your appetite.

Prozac will suppress your appetite. That's probably why your not eating as much as you used to.

Now, get active! Exercise...even if it's just walking...and you will lose even more weight. Get down to about 200-250 and you might not need the Prozac anymore.

Throw the scale out the window. Eat a burger, a piece of Pizza & a couple of chocolate bars & be happy!

yes it is possible and yes prozac decreases your appetite. Keep doing what your doing. THe weight loss will slow down as your body gets used to the new meal plan and as it requires less calories by having less mass to feed.
