Find a Attorney that might work pro bono and set up a 501c3 (nonprofit) for you. To get things started go to your local Trades Unions and ask for donations money or space. Unions are always willing to help the city's youth. Once you've tried the Unions, go to local businesses and ask for their help. Contact your local paper and ask them to do a story about what it is you want to accomplish.

From what you write your heart seems to be in the right place. I wish you luck Doctor. Thank you for the question.

I would think that picking the right area would be key. Someplace urban. And without competion. Then you need to travel to other boxing gym's and talk to there owners. This will let you see what works better and give you tons of good advice. I also assume you must hire the right trainer with a good reputation that can teach the sport.
