The answer, friend, is no. We are called to repent and turn from our wicked ways... which implies admitting there is something wrong with us to begin with. "I am a sinner. I don't want to be a sinner. Lord Jesus, help me to turn from this sinful nature so that I can be like You." And of course, this must be followed up with acknowledging Jesus as your Lord and Savior. That he died, and rose again, for you. The key to Heaven is through Jesus, he is the only way.

Bible doesn't say we'd go to heaven without first admitting that we are sinners. Have you ever attended any wedding banquet without an invitation card? The same principle applies here. Similarly, have you ever driven a car around without any driving license? Going to heaven isn't easy, we need to get a valid pass. Entering heaven is also like entering another country with a passport. Sanctification and forgiveness of our sins are the primary passport for entering heaven. Of course, there are a whole load more that you need to do for Him to secure your placement in heaven, such as being obedient to Him, genuine in your walk with Him and have an intimate relationship with Him. For more examples, please read the Bible daily.

(1 John 1;8-10) says If we claim to be without sin, we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness. If we claim we have not sinned, we make him out to be a liar and his word has no place in our lives.
It is NOT possible to get into heaven without first admitting you are a sinner! I was just explianing this to someone a while ago.
Hey, Dead Man, have you ever heard of Ray Comfort! What you said sounds just like his evangelism methods to reach the lost. A couple of my friends use that method and I have too. You often get into confrotations though.

I John 1 : 8-10 ( New King James Version ) " If we say we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. ( 9 ) If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.(10) If we say that we have not sinned, we make Him a liar, and His word is not in us " In verse 8, it means if we think we are not sinners, we are fooling ourselves , ( Quote) ..... " and the TRUTH is not in us." Jesus Himself called Himself the TRUTH, so, if we think we are not sinners and have no need to confess them, then JESUS is not in us, therefore we will not see Him in heaven, because we won't be there. That's what I believe, because the Word of God says so, simple as that. That is called Faith, and without faith " it is impossible to please Him." Hebrews 11 : 6

Are you a good person? What a question, most of us believe that we are good people because we can look around and find someone that is far worse than we are. We can always point to the things that we think make us a good person.
But how good are we really? Dare we take this test and look at ourselves and see if we really are good? Hmmm.
If you are willing try this and see just how good a person you are.
The Good Person Test.
How will you do? Pass or fail?
Have you ever told a lie?
Doesn't matter how big or small, just a lie.
What does that make you? Before answering think about this, if I told you a lie what would you call me? A liar?
Have you ever stolen anything? Cost doesn't matter, a piece of gum, failed to give back an ink pen that you borrowed, anything.
What does that make you?
Jesus said, "You know the saying of old, you shall not commit adultery but I say that if look at someone to lust after them you have committed adultery in your heart.
Have you ever lusted?
Jesus said that hate is equal to murder.
Have you ever hated anyone?
See one day we all are going to stand before a Holy God on Judgment Day and he is going to judge us based on His Holy Law, the Ten Commandments. These are just 4 of them and how did you do? Guilty? I have broken all of these and more, what about you? How well will you do on Judgment Day?
If we break just one point of God's Law we are guilty of breaking all the law and Gods Wrath abides upon us all. Based on God's Law we are all guilty and all are deserving of punishment. But there is an out for us.
Jesus paid the price for each one of us, took on himself God's Wrath so we wouldn't have to face it on our own. Jesus was beaten, battered, bleed and died so we wouldn't have to face God's Wrath. He rose again so that we would life in his presence. Our crimes, His payment.
The real question is where will you stand on Judgment Day. Pay yourself or have it paid for you. Think about it.

To accept the promises of God which includes Jesus and to follow Him would indicate that somewhere along the line one had come to understand that they were in sin and needed God's gift to have relationship with Him.
So while I don't see that particular phrase within scripture, I do see that as an end result if one is really following what is seen within scripture as a personal way of life.

If you will read Acts of the Apostles, and revelation you will answer your own question.
Those going to Heaven know who they are almost from birth.
They busy themselves learning about God's ways, and you find them teaching others as soon as they can.
Though not immune to sin, they get truly sorrowful when they realize they have committed one, and beg forgiveness.
The Apostles made mistakes and were forgiven.........
No man or woman is perfect. Jesus came to help us.
