I didn't say "how long would it take to destroy every nation that despises the US".
Enemies = those orginizations that have or are attacking American citizens or American interests.

Starting with the middle east? I say about a month. Now I understand that you don't want to get rid of everyone who is different, just those who are terrorist nations. The terrorist world IS lucky that America doesn't have the same wrath and ruthlessness that we did after the Japs attacked Pearl Harbor.... Personally, I wish we still did.... not necessarily nukes, but at least stop being so damn falsely politically correct.

If America stopped caring about civilian casualties, our wars would never end!
If the rest of the world ever realized how inhumane such actions are, America would be subject to hostile takeovers from nearly every country in the world.
By endangering the lives of civilians, we would not be annihilating our enemies - in fact, we would probably be developing some, instead!

Well, what with all the enemies you've made, you'd probably run out of money after a day, run out of ammunition after two, run out of soldiers after three and get nuked by pretty much everyone after four.

It's about money.
You do not kill your enemies. You make sure they survive so they can be your servant and help you make money.
