I think you've got the parties switched around mary. Keep telling yourself what ever makes yourself sleep at night though.

Blessing, and with me as their loving father they will, as I have always been a student of many belief systems. When you start brainwashing children, that is when it becomes unhealthy for the child.

New Jersey near NYC a few towns I like are Teaneck, Montclair, Tenafly, Ft Lee, Englewood, Closter. Love the area except it does have a high cost of living, Long ISland is also nice but same problem costs a lot to live around here

Cities in California (San Francisco and LA) and New England (cities in Vermont, Massachusetts etc) don't have a strong fundametalist christian presence.

I think children need to consider all sorts of ideas and philosophies as they grow up. Ultimately controlling what they believe is rather abusive. Cults, gangs and drugs are things to avoid.

Good luck.

I managed pretty well in Santa Rosa, CA. The problem now is the fact that it's one of the most expensive places to live in the state. Outside of LA, SF, and Marin.

hmmm D.C. is about 95% Liberal... but You'd need some money to move into the higherclass neighborhoods + private schools. (The schools are crap and there are places at night you wouldn't want to be at in D.C.) I'd Look for something in the North East, Caifornia, ORegon, Or Washington.

Stay away from Amarillo, Texas if you want that. It's a nice town and I like it here, but the Baptists are pretty much in control.
