1. Don't get desperate or you will attract the guys that give the rest of us a bad name.
2. Get involved in social things. The more people you meet the higher the chance you will meet Mr Right, or atleast a good choice for a boyfriend
3. Most of us men are stupid when it comes to flirt hints from women. The rest are just cocky and most of them fall under my 1st sentence.
4. If you like a guy, just walk up, make some nice compliments or idle banter, then tell them you wouldn't mind going out sometime if they are not opposed to the idea.

If one day you realize that you are attracted to a guy, you need to let him know that you are interested. You do that by speaking to him when you see him and hanging around with him. You should ask him if he wants to do something with you the next time that you see. Don't be shy. I'm sure that there are other girls who will like him too and if you are shy they will take him before you can get him.
If you know him then you can tell him that you want to do more things with him and ask him out. If don't know him then ask him to go out with you so that you can get to know each other better.

2. get to know him so u know hes not a @ss
3. Talk and flirt a little (make sure he doesnt have a girlfriend tho)
4. If he acts like he likes u then ask him out or wait and see if he does

This one is easy! Be friendly to people! Be the person that you are, then dress half and half (conservative and attractive). Wear eye catchers that make people notice you and be ur self!
