Tell your cuz to stay out of it. Explain to the girl that your cuz just is just wanting to annoy her and do you best to keep the cuz away from her.

You shouldn't have let your "cuz" get involved. Just go and talk to her. Let her know that you want to be with her and see how she responds. That's all that you can do.
