1000 calories is too little. Your has gone into what is called "starvation mode". It will begin to take the nutrients it needs from places that you don't want it to, like your muscles. You must increase your caloric intact with healthy foods and perhaps increase or change your workout. If you do the same workout all the time your body becomes used to it and you lose the effectiveness of it. That is why trainers rotate the exercises.

It might be that you're gaining muscle weight and still losing fat weight, You shouldnt judge by a scale weight. You can see if you have fat on your body or not. Scales dont tell you if your perfect weight or not and it is possible that you simply cant lose anymore weight without doing serious damage to your body. Im 5'10" and 150 lbs. I however have a lean athletic body and dont think I should try to lose more weight because I look good.

Ditch the scale and get a tape measure. I don't think that any of your clothing sizes come in lbs. Here is a link to an article about more accurate ways to measure your body composition.

you need to eat healthy but good. you need meat (proteins) or beans(proteins), salad and bread. the key to a good diet is to eat what ever you want and whenever you want but in very small portions....if also depends on your metabolism and you keep that up by exercising not too much and by drinking LOT LOTS LOST of WATER. water makes you loose weight like crazy and you skin changes and your body is just healthier over all......

Sure. I'll tell you what I think you are doing wrong. Trying to lose weight is what you are doing wrong. Do some resistance training and build your muscle up to look more toned.
