Well, I suppose you may be referencing the modesty and humility of Moses. When his father-in-law suggested that he solicit help from other older men, Moses thought this was a good idea. Verse 24 says that immediately Moses listened to the voice of his father-in-law.

Moses did not get a swollen head from being leader of this huge nation. He put the needs of the people first. And he put the true worship of God foremost.

These are traits sorely missing in leaders today - particularly the secular ones.

listening, making decesions, and distributing the work share. He was humble and encouraging. I wish our leaders were like this example
