Hi can someone please tell me how to make Cheese Chilli Sauce? As Walkers did actually used to sell it a couple of years ago to acompany there Dorrito's, but then they stopped making it, now making the Cheese Sauce isn't the problem it is getting to stay almost yellow, it had red bits in when I bought it, but if anyone could help me out on this matter then that would be great!

If you still want a yellow cheese sauce with 'red bits' in it (Walkers was probably some artificial stuff) try adding finely chopped red hot chillies (fresh). Should give you an intreresting result and not tint the cheese sauce red!

I made this great homemade chili cheese dip recently, we really loved it. We used it for tortilla chips but it would probably be okay with doritos too.

Zesty Chili Cheese Dip
1 pound pasteurized prepared cheese product (cheese singles or Velveeta, etc)
1 can (15 oz) chili with beans or no beans (I like it with)
1 can (10 oz.) diced tomatoes & green chilies (I found this in with canned tomato products in the store, not with ethnic/mexican food like I thought it would be)

You can drain the chilies or not, if you drain them you'll get a thicker dip. Put all ingredients in a slow cooker. Cook on LOW for 2 hours until cheese is melted and edges are bubbling. Set slow cooker to WARM setting. Remove lid and stir gently using a wooden or plastic spoon until blended.

My recipe says to serve with veggies or tortilla chips. You could probably use doritos like I said.
