What kind of special education are you talking about? Please be more specific so I can answer you..

*ohh i understand now.. in circumstances like this.. its hard to find a sponsor.. theres a lot of people willing to give money for students with outstanding talents.. I have herd of people giving away money for different cases.. such as if you were tall, short, asian, black, but I havent herd of anything such as autistic children. I would highly look into student loans. Possibly look into your community to see if anybody is giving out money for school.. Also look online.. for scholarships.. sometimes you have to write an essay and this would be a good chance for you to talk about yourself and your childs needs of a better education. good luck.

In America, the Federal government guarantees a "free and appropriate education" for all students with disabilities, regardless of the type or severity of the disability. Even if your child is autistic, the public school system is required by law to provide an appropriate education. If the IEP team has determined that public schools are not the best location for your child's education, the school district will fully fund your student's education in a private school. They have to. It's the law. If they refuse to provide a "free and appropriate education" you can easily sue the school district. (A Los Angeles school district was recently sued for not meeting an autistic student's educational needs, and had to pay the parents $6 million).

The organization "Protection and Advocacy" provides free legal services to families to support disability rights. (www.pai.org)
