Every good country is like a good company......dedicated and unified citizens working for the good of the "company" or country, a strong and solvent economic backbone, and enough military might ( or management in a company ) to keep adversaries away.
You also need tolerance for the individuals living there and a pride in your culture. This helps unify everyone and foster that feeling of value and willingness to work together to preserve it.
That is a good country!
