Without a suplement I imagine they would suffer from poor teeth hygiene and brittle bones.

At the very least dogs can have weak and brittle bones as they get older, in extreme cases they can develop rickets which is a very serious bone disease where the bones actually become so soft that the puppy is unable to walk, this is usually accompanied by a high temperature. If it's not corrected by diet the puppy can die, or there can be permanent damage to the dog's structure. A good safeguard is plenty of milk, a seaweed supplement and cod liver oil.

The bones of humans and animals are made up of calcium and other components but without calcium, the bones will be weak and prone to breaking. In Labradors and other large doge the hips are prone to weakness and that is why it is important to get the 'Hip Score' for those breeds. Consult with a Veterinary Surgeon.

with a growing puppy they need alot of calcuim in there diet to help there bones grow big and strong and give them the best start in life as possible to when they are older they dont get bone problems which can be very exspensive to treat at the vets. usually all puppy food contains calcuim so as long as the puppy is fed that then they will be fine.

Puppies with thin bone & possibly rickets. Giving too much calcium can also be dangerous though.

Puppies do not supply a whole lot of calcium anyway. Try drinking milk instead. ;)
