thats why you dont notice it, a person is tehre one worst critic so where you may see no improvements others may see plenty...also diets dont control where you lose the weight, excercise helps with that though

The change is gradual, so you don't notice the change. However, if you took a before and after picture, then you would see the difference! Also, when you're on a diet, you may not lose the weight in the places you expect to lose it. Dieting doesn't make your stomach flatter automatically. It may be that the weight was mostly lost in the legs, chest, arms, buttocks, or anywhere else.

You lose weight from all over so your proportions may still look the same as they did 10 lb's ago, but I can assure you that other people will be noticing. Bear in mind that not all of us are destined for a perfectly flat tummy - especially women, so don't be too hard on yourself.

You are probably loosing weight from your entire body. Your stomach doesn't seem much different because your proportions are the same. Try taking measurements every week or two so you will have another record of the progress you are making.

depending on total bodyweight and the body fat percentage decreased numbers on the scale from the first 2 weeks of dieting will be mainly water weight.

tracking the body fat is the only way to accurately measure where gains and losses
