I believe the sauna belt is a hoax concerning bodyfat loss. The likely cause of any 'weightloss' is probably from dehydration - not a desirable effect when you want to lose bodyfat.

Ditch the belt and burn some calories with some cardio, 45 minutes a day for five days (like walking). The results will last longer than a belt would. With the belt as soon as you rehydrate yourself, the weight you lost is back on.

A better way is to exercise. You have to burn the fat, not just boil out water. Get on a good cardio routine and it will happen.
