Not necessarily natural justice, but a definite "natural law". Natural law evolved along with us, It's what reinforces what is good for the benefit of the species and dictates agains what might harm the species.
Stealing left the group with less stockpiles to survive. Murder left a group without an important member. It became obvious that such things were wrong because they hindered the survival of not only individual members, but the group as a whole.
Justice would seem to imply what penalties were offered for such offenses, and while what is considered an offense is somewhat universal, the penalties varied greatly.

No. There are no natural laws of Justice.
There is simply cause and effect.
But it does not always work out that those who do harm pay, or pay in a way which is suitable for their crime.
And those who do good are not always rewarded,
as a matter of fact, many times it brings problems on them.
you ever hear "there is no good deed which goes unpunished" ?
There are no "laws" of natural justice,
this is why we need a criminal justice system to at least try to make a distinction between the wrong doers and have them accordingly punished for their crimes.
./.....and like Jan stated: We can only HOPE that a) the person who rapes and/or kills children actually SEES justice, which is or was not at least, always the case,
and b) that when he does get caught he pays the way he should for his crimes: time in jail rooming with big raping bubba and a violent death by a fellow inmate.

YES! But sometimes it takes too long. The Universal law states that you will get back what you send out. Do something positive and reap the rewards. Do something negative, and suffer.
Having said that, I can't stress enough the importance of a good plan to get your OWN justice. Because what if you are the Universe's tool to mete out punishment to those who have wronged you and richly deserve payback?

Yes. When someone rapes and kills a child, and are put in Federal prison - and shortly thereafter that sicko gets raped and killed by his fellow inmates. Natural justice.
Even poetic justice.

I believe so. spiritual persons believe that whatever you give out to others, whether good or bad, thoughts, words or actions, must come back to you, however long it takes.
