VET Immediately........... It could be poisoning from a bait or something the dogs has got into, snake, tics etc or it could be some other nasty illness or disease. If you had a child behaving like that would you get on the internet and ask total strangers about it or would you take them to the doctor? If you treat your animals in the same manner as a child (ie they are obviously off colour and its also not normal to not eat etc...) then you will have a thankful pet and possibly avoid an even bigger bill that comes from letting an illness progress which makes it harder/longer to fix.

The dog could have something stuck in it's digestive system or it could just have a stomach virus. Either way you need to take it to the vet. If it is just a virus, they will usually get better after a little bit of medicine. If it is a blockage, surgery will be required to fix it. With out the surgery the dog would die a painful death.
