Start taking hamdard's Safi, this will help the root cause of your pimples. Wash your face with a mixture of multani mitti, sandalwood powder, and a drop of oil (except coconut); make a paste with water or rose water, and use it like a face-wash -- apply the paste, and then rinse off using cold water. Do this twice a day. Rinse your face as often as possible, and wipe your face with a separate, clean towel. You could try biotique cream, but finally use whichever suits your skin best.

These simple remedies worked wonders for me. Hope it helps you too.

Dry and/or greasy skin due to poor oil composition of the skin. Thick greasy oils clog pores, lack of oil leads to dryness and irritation. You need thin oils to moisturize while dissolving and clearing gunk in your poors. Try fish oil or seafood. 2 tsp fish oil a day or 4 servings of seafood a week. Stick it out for at least 2 months; it will take a long time to replace all your oil. Any effect after 1-2 days is temporary or random; so even if it makes you break out a little at first, you haven't given it a full try yet.

In the short term you can wash and moisturize well, but that will only go so far. Plus excessive washing can be drying and excessive moisturizing can be clogging. Use a small amount of a light moisturizer, made with oil not jelly or grease. Often that means soybean oil or mineral oil. Mineral oil means mined from the ground. So soybean oil is usually better, though mineral oil won't cause too much harm. Clean with soap and water, not a harsh acne cleanser. Even then they only work so well. So you really need the seafood.

Antibiotics aren't really good for bacteria long term, they'll come back in force after. Short term they may help. After you get off them find some kefir with acidophilus listed first or 2nd to replace the friendly bacteria they destroyed. Studies show less illness when you have these bacteria, even outside the stomach in places such as the lungs and elsewhere. You want friendly bacteria to fill the void when the antibiotics stop, not harmful ones.

In the short term you might also try 100,000+ iu retinol vitamin A (a megadose, and too much for normal use) or one of the acne drugs that is similar to retinol vitamin A. It's some minor harm to your organs, but it helps against bacteria on your skin. At least it doesn't have the other long term drawbacks to your skin that antibiotics and many scrubs do.

If you would like to learn how to treat your acne permanently and regain your health and wellbeing, without drugs, without typical acne treatments, and without any side effects, then this will be the most important letter you will ever read.

To find a solution first look at the cause. Tha acne are only due to toxins present in the system especially under the affected skin. Remove these toxins and the skin would become healthy.Mind it, that the, only cure is to heal from inside (within) and for that :-
(1). Stop DALS (cereals- dry vegetables) from your diet.
(2). Add plenty of fresh and leafy vegetables whether raw or half cooked to your diet.
(3). Take plenty of water.
(4). Rub hands with eachother to generate heat, apply this heat on your acnes.
(5).Wash the affected part with normal cold water, number of times.
(6). If possible do join YOGA classes everyday in the mornig.

All these a/m steps would releave from constipation and tone up your system resulting in acne free glowing face withou any external aid. Results are guaranteed and tested.

coming from experience(had really bad acne while a kid but it's cleared up now, had bad scarring too)

Time is the only natural solution. it will take awhile but in 3-5 or so years the scarring will be almost gone. Some type of retinal medicine will help tremendously.

The best natural solution is massaging the area [the blemishes] with a piece of cucumber. Then massage it with a piece of lemon or some lemon juice. Let it stay overnight, and wash your face in the morning like usual. I tried it & it worked for me, but it takes time. Also if say it doesn't work for you, it will definitely not be harmful or have any side-effects because cucumber and lemon juice are just natural products. & they are known to be helpful against acne. Good luck! :)

i had it pretty bad as a kid..are you using a good moisturizer with an spf?
if not that is a good start.
Also get on a treatment regiment..i like neutrogena products.
for me i use the foaming face wash followed by face scrub
then after shower i use an oil controling astringent followed by a good moisturizer, i use an spf 50 after that everyday to protect from the sun.
get on a good system like this and your scars will lessen over time.

Try a cream called clinmiskin. You get it in most medical shops even without a prescription. Leave it on overnight, and wash it off in the morning. It's pretty effective. Don't apply it to whole face; just on the affected area.

There is nothing much you can do about scarring. However, if you are still having pimples with pus, you should see a doctor and be on a long-term course of antibiotics that should be taken on a daily basis.
