Well, if he/she is a honest cosmetic specialist he/she will always suggest not to go for the cosmetic treatment as it has more side effects, the specialist will suggest some home treatment or natural ones or ask patients to keep it natural (as it is), also the specialist keeps in mind that the patent's health will be fit & fine & will not have any side effects or ill effects in future. The cosmetic specialist will be honest with the profession.
