-bitter ex-smoker bit out of the way...now how about a bit of UV treatment?
caps are expensive and painfull, time consuming and temporary (what about in 10 years time). peace

Supposed you could, why not just have them coloured instead, the dentist will help you on this, as to having them capped, if your teeth are OK no decay, why loose good teeth, the dentist will have to drill them down to fit a cap, some people also bleach there teeth. As to price for caps look to the £100's Good look

Yeah, no worries.......as long as you have plenty of money. Probably cost you $20,000. Try to get them whitened first.
Another option is to get them capped in the Philippines or somewhere like that. Cost you under 1/2 with the airfare and accommodation.

You need not go that far. Any dental assistant in your dentist's office can clean the crud off your teeth. It'll run ya upwards of a couple hundred bucks, depending on how much cleaning is involved.

yes you can have your teeth capped.
But i really think you have to first stop smoking if anything can really get better.
