I depend is the meening of best for you if you want to see ruins go to Peru, besides that you re going to find the Nazca Lines.. Paracas reserve where you can see exotic birds and penguins.. and the Candelabro.. if you like night life and have fun go to Buenos Aires, I have been in Peru and believe me its the best experience in traveling.

According to me, Peru is one of the best and interesting travel destination in South America. There are many various spots like lima, Cuzco - Michael Pichu, etc. I have lots of time travelled these all destinations. So I would recommend Peru travel destinations for people who want to travel best and safest destinations.
