Whenever I eat something, my stomach starts to stick outward only minutes later. I may have been feeling okay before I ate but after, I always feel bloated (can you say blowfish much!) is there any way to prevent this unfortunate happening?

The only thing you can do is to cut down on your serving sizes. You shouldn't eat so much that you feel bloated, you should only eat enough that you don't feel hungry anymore.

Your bloating feeling comes from either over eating or indigestion. To combat the problem, eat slowly. The stomach is retard when sending signal to the brain that it is full. When you eat slowly, you will also chew properly and prevent indigestion.

Take note of how you eat. You must be eating quite fast. You must be swallowing the food without chewing much.

If you have an eating disorder it's probably in your head. If not you could have a problem with your gallbladder

your abdominal muscles are weak you need to start exercising them more. and you are also probably not eating frequently so when you do eat you consume relatively large meals
