God is perfect in all things. In justice and in mercy. He told us from the very beginning that the reward of sin is death. He showed us that through the shedding of blood He could forgive sin. Yet the blood of lamb's a calves was transitory. We needed a sacrifice that would last for all time, or our death would last for all time. God's plan to come live among us teach us His Law and die in our place to meet the requirements of His justice and His mercy all in one act.... Jim

I stand amazed in the presence
Of Jesus the Nazarene
And wonder how He could love me -
A sinner condemned 'unclean'.

How marvellous, How wonderful
And my song shall ever be
How marvellous, How wonderful
Is my Saviour's love for me.

He took my sins and my sorrows
He made them His very own
He bore the burden to Calvary
And suffered and died alone.

How marvellous How wonderful
And my song shall ever be
How marvellous How wonderful
Is my Saviour's love for me.

Making lite of the sacrifice that God made in giving his only son to save us is not cool. I agree with the guy before read the Bible before you criticize.

Because it is the nature of the flesh that if something given does not cost anything, it is viewed as "worthless", or "valueless".

The cost of your salvation was an extremely high price; it is to be valued as such.
