I have installed Premiere Elements on Vista and the capture mode does not work.?

I can't get the capture mode to work, and also it will not load Quick Time videos which is what my camera takes. I end up capturing from my camcorder into a folder using Ulead and then load the video into Premier. Any suggestions.

Well, GARY B, try and buy a new computer and not get it, besides from all the bugs that need to be worked out it really has some nice features.
