It has been my experience that boys stop saying that to girls they like by the age of eleven. If he's older than that he is telling you the truth. Or, what he thinks. Smile! Your more than likely best off liking some one else as this punk sounds abusive!

I have heard that all my life but I don't know that I believe it. He may just be a bully. What I do know is that you choose the people you allow around you. Never tolerate someone who does not treat you well. Insults are unacceptable at any age. There are simply too many boys out there who know how to act than to waste time with one is still acting like a five year old.

And even if he thinks he likes you- he's got a poor and degrading (to women) way of showing it.
Women deserve respect and honour, not be called ugly and so forth.
Dump the bastard and find someone who will treat you correctly.

becuase guys are too imature once you get into highschool then they become more mature either he doesnt know what to say and he gets nervous so he just says crap like that or he is only trying to impress his friends but dont worry once you get older the guys will too

sound likes something a "kid" would say when he likes someone but doesn't want that person to know. How old are you both? I would move to someone that will compliment me not someone that is going to make me feel like "crap".

He may like you as a sex toy ,but he doesnt respect you or your feelings.The fact he would do this is an indicator of how you'll be treated by him throughout all eternity.

YES! it just means he is a bit shy,he probably doesn't know what to say to you,a bit immature,doesn't know how to act around girls and you should probably find someone who will treat you well.
