No, sperms are formed in testes of man and during intercourse they are injected to vagina from where they travel to the uterus. Ovum (the female counterpart of sperm) is formed in the ovary of a female and comes to uterus through the Fallopian tube. Ovum and sperm unite in the uterus to form a zygote, the beginning of a foetus/baby.
