added details for question on severe back pain?

i asked about low back pain that radiates up right side and across upper back, with numbness and tingling, and some times down right buttocks, i have had the low back pain for about 3 months, and the rest of the back pain started about 3 weeks ago,and like i said it has gotten worse as the day goes on. today not so bad but the day is just starting. i have tried ice,heating pad, advil,etc. nothing helps. so maybe someone out there can.

Have you been to a doctor, a physio or a chiropractor.? Sounds like you need xrays to find out what is going on.

Numbness and tingling signify nerve impingement and you need to see a chiropractor. They can move things around and get rid of the nerve impingement. I have had this done several times. I had no feeling at all in my right leg for two months and found out how much they can really do and they did fix it. I have permanent damage to my spine and they have helped a lot.

Some people will get relief from back pain by taking rest, anti-inflammatory drugs like brufen( ibuprofen)200mg 1 tablet three times/day & tab.paracetamol(500mg) 1 three times/day for 3-5 days.You can try for 3 days.if no better you must consult your own doctor or orthopedic surgeon for correct diagnosis and treatment.

well pain a old friend to me,, my back been broke 2 times, but it sound like a bone spur,,,,,it a small pice of bone that could broke off an pushing againt the nevers,, but realy,, if you got back trouble,,you got to learn to live with it,,, pill only help for so long,, then you old friend back,,,,i realy fee for you,,,
