what I do is just pretend I don't know what religion they are somtimes, but mostly I don't care that they like a weird religion in which gods sound funny allah allah'll have fries with that...Religion doesn't matter if I like Arabs but hate muslims does it?? Should I continue pretending not to know which religion they like?

I think the real problem here is that you have hung up on labels so badly that you've lost all sight of the underlying issues. The idea that someone would "love Arabs" is nearly as offensive as the notion that you "hate Muslims". It may sound more politically correct, but it's all nonsense.
Love and hate are not concepts to embrace casually. These are people we're talking about, and people are complex. One or two of the nicest people I know, are Muslims. Several of the most obnoxious, are Christians. Ironically, athiests are a mixed bag, having representitives at both extremes. But, I don't love or hate any of these people on the basis of what they call their religion, and if you do, you're probably really missing out.

Muslims and Christians actually worship the same god. It's the prophets and Jesus's divinity they disagree on. Besides, don't you think God is an even funnier name for a god? You should first learn a little about the religion you seem to hate. Most hate stems from misunderstanding, the more you understand, the less you hate. If you hate something, it means you're ignorant.
