Pal To Ntsc?

I have a pal dvd it appears black and white on my dvd player. How do I convert it to NTSC FORMAT SO I Can play it on color?

You'll need to find a dual NTSC/PAL dvd player. They are in existence, I had a friend find one off of ebay for 40-50 dollars. Good luck!
