Ok its actually easier than you think.

I want to preface this by giving you some logic. Ok hot chics get told constantly they are hot and doted on by guys. They are bored by it. They desire what they perceive they can't have ok. Therefore I wouldn't advise going up to her yet. Nor singing a song or making it obvious.

You have hit the nail on the head- the first step is to get noticed. Its easier than you think and it doesnt have to be impressive. She just has to think about you and have an idea who you are.

I mean its as simple as catching her eye contact across a room, and smiling a little and getting a smile from her-- that is being noticed ok.

Or you could drop papers in front of her. And pick them up in this sort of charming way. Maybe show a little embarrassment to her- people love that kind of stuff- showing you are human. She would notice that. Or you could like brush past her and just touch- and say sorry and smile-- again noticed. Theres so many ways- make it subtle and make it seem undeliberate. You will know when you have been noticed.

Once you have your instinct may be to impress or approach her. Dont do this. You will be a mystery to her and as time goes on will appear someone she cant have-- remember what I said above.

I went to a nightclub last night and showed disinterest, and one girl tried to hit on me on the dancefloor- I ignored her. Then she tried again. I ignored. Then her friend tried. I ignored. Then 2 girls saw all this and came over to me because they thought they should want what the other girls couldnt have-- ok you see how it works?

It will become a time game. The more you stay away but have been noticed the more intriguing you will be to her. She may not do anything, but if she has noticed you she will wonder and it will grow with time. Everytime you smile at her or try to say hi -- you become less mysterious. I promise you if after a long time it happens that you bump into each other some time, she will start talking to you---- she will be interested in what you have to say-- you wont have to do any work-- and she will have coffee with you just to find out more.

Then just let out a little detail, let her associate you as being someone real with something to offer. Just by being normal.

Then its a date- if you play your cards right she will be into it.

Everyone wants to collect a prize right? Thats what you will be to her at the end of this if you follow my advice

I have the same problem.
I think you should try to meet her in a way. Or, if you know her but she doesn`t notice you try to make her realize. Giver her flowers, send her a letter..... tell her what you feel!

Then, be her friend. To get to know her and she can get to know you.
Go from there, maybe after that she might be the one who'll confess to you that she likes you or you can do your confession and tell her you really like her.
