go to the post office, get it weighed, fill in the customs declaration form and then pay what they tell you it will cost. Can't be more specific as you don't say what it is, what size and weight.

You would take it to the post office and tell them you want to send it to the USA, you need to decide whether you wnat if 1st class, 2nd, signed for delivery or special delivery. Costs can vary from 50p right up to £7.00 depending on the postage method and weight of the parcel. Have a look on the royal mail website they have some useful tables on there. I order regularly from the USA and it takes approx 4 working days standard post.

Wrap it up securely, put an airmail sticker on and go to the post office, they'll weigh it, give you a customs sticker to fill in (what's in the package and approximate value, sign and date of postage) and then tell you how much it is, without knowing the size and weight, it's impossible to tell how much it will cost.

An airmail packcage should take about five working days.

Yep, just go to the post office. It'll be a better way of sending a package than going by FedEx or UPS.

Postage on packages depend on weight & distance to the destination, by air, by or by sea, normal or express mail, whether you want to send certified or not. You need to go to the post office where they will weigh your package & tell you all that you want to know re. how much, how long, etc.

your post office can help you more. you can send by airmail which is abit more expensive than surface (via sea) but it will arrive quicker. you wont need stamps the post office will weigh the item for you and tell you how much it will cost for both options

Wrap it up real good. Address it. Take it to the post office. Get it posted. Leave it with the clerk.
