Sometimes while I am browsing online my IE7 gives me the message "Internet explorer has stopped working." Then it tells me that Windows is looking for a solution to the problem and then says "Internet explorer is restarting" and restarts. It's very annoying to have my internet explorre restart in the middle of using it. I have IE7 on a computer with Windows XP and don't have this problem... is it a Vista thing? Anything to fix it?

I get that often also. I think it is just one of the quirks of Vista, there sure are lots of them.

If you have XP, then you don't have Vista installed.

Visit Microsoft's site to search for your problem.

Re install IE7. Have you updated it ?
Do you have Antivirus resident program ?
Exit all other unneeded programs appearing in the taskbar.
