beneful commercial?

what breed of dog is on the latest beneful commercial? The dog is a light golden brown and white. He is shown riding in a convertible with his owner and his ears perk up when his owner says "Beneful". I had a dog that looked identical to it.

It's an Australian Shepherd... too big to be a border collie.

If I remember right it is an Aussie or a Border Collie.
