Ha! You're nuts if you really think there's a public record for that kind of thing... people wouldn't ever "snitch" if there was a chance of being caught.

First if there was a list, the would not give it out to anyone,
I will have to guess you were not seroius, since only police would know who snitches are. Next some people only snitch out one thing and dont again, And most reports of crimes are just done from people next door or people who see things happen.

Next most officers have thier own snitches, and dont tell anyone who they are, not even the department. they are people they have helped or use some leverage over to get info

No it is not public information and contrary to popular belief and television there is no list. There maybe a list of money used during controlled buys of Controlled substances but that would be all.

I don't think the police department keeps a running list of informants unless they work for them. You can try calling them, but it's probably not public information.
