TAROT - why can I help others but not myself?

Question

I am a tarot reader, I dont charge or advertise and have helped loads of people with their problems. I am unable to read myself but cant find anyone genuine to help me - WHY? Any ideas? would love to hear from other readers!!!!

Yes I had the same problem, the thing when your reading for someone else, you don't know there needs, and you don't how the cards are going to come out, that's why you are doing the reading in the first place, but if you try and read your own you know how you want the reading to come out and you influence the cards. If you read the cards the same as me you don't need a book to tell you what the card means, because that's where the physic side of you takes over, my readings come from spirit, and they guild me, now to do my own, i know all my problems, and the answers to them, so the reading would end as wishful thinking, I would then try and run my life around the cards, so I find it just can't be done correctly.

A lot of times the most difficult person to read for is ourselves.

Especially if we want a certain outcome. When you become proficient at reading you can start unduly influence the cards when it comes to you.

Also, we may not truly want to know the outcome of what we ask, and so we block ourselves from understanding what we are seeing.

A lot of talented tarot readers have someone read for them - to get an unbiased opinion of what is really going on.

Maybe you could find other tarot readers online or through a spiritual magazine, who you can meet up with and give each other a reading.i know what you mean i used to read peoples runestones, but could also read my own. im learning the tarot, slowly, but dont know anyone around me who could read mine.
