Purchase some cd's from janeala Hoffman of Rythmic Medcine...it will bring your heart rate down to 50 beats per minute and you should try and listen to the tape(s) for 30 minutes a day. I have high blood pressure and often feel the same way...went to a conference, found out about these tapes and purchased. What a difference they have made, especially the musical acupuncture and massage. I promise they'll make a difference!

actually what make u feel so stress?? in my view, just see everything with your heart clearly and don't always be angry and do some activities to let yourself more release..go to beach and take a deep deep breath might be a very good activities...try to understand others and comunicate more wit hyour family and also tell others bout your problem share with others will make u more release cos at least got someone to share with...if the situation allow..cry may be a very good medicine to release stress also..cheer ya and don't think too much

When you feel angry, you hold your breath and count to 10 before releasing your breath.
To cool down further,
- take a cool shower without turning on the water heater.
- Laughing exercise. Find a place and laugh heartedly for 5 minutes. I do it during my shower. Laughter enable your brain to produce chemical which calm you down and make you happy.

why is the stress so high,move out if you cant do any of that just go for a walk go fishing thats relaxing take a walk out in the woods anything that will get your mind from the things that go on in stress house good luck

Get away from people for awhile - go to a park, or the seaside, and enjoy life as it was really meant to be enjoyed. Too many voices are in your head telling you what you should do, and what you should think....
