What you're doing will build muscle, but won't have any effect on fat.

Fat is stored food/fuel/calories. To get rid of it, you need to eat less, exercise more, or both.

Strength exercises like pushups and situps burn very few calories. Running is good, but only 2 days a week won't do much. Running, biking, swimming for at least an hour a day 5-7 days a week would work much better.

Since you're only 15, how about sports at school? Even if you aren't that athletic, there is usually one no-cut sport per season. Right now, it would be track. That wouldn't cost you much, just running shoes and maybe a small participation fee. Most parents prefer their kids to be in sports because then they're too tired to sass back or get in trouble!!

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!

To lose fat around the stomach excerise is not enough. You have to change your diet as well. Eat more healthier and a little less. I'm guessing that your stomach muscles are developed but you can't tell because its underneath the fat. Try pilates and try running 3 times a week. Lower your carb intake by eating more fruits and veggies instead.

Fats are nothing more than stored acid. If you continue to take acidic food, even with exercise you cannot get rid of fats. Therefore you must solve the weight problem at the source : eating acidic food. By taking alkaline food, you prevent the intake of acid to create more fats. Besides doing exercise, you must eat only alkaline food.

Read the book "pH miracle for weight loss". See photos of people losing weight at ease. If you want to loose weight super fast, there is an alkaline liquid diet. According the book, people are loosing 10 pounds or more within the first 8 days. Go to the website below to see which food (and even fruits) that are acidic.

Talk to your parents about you joining Curves. Its for women from the age 10 (I think) to 100! I think 50 sit ups might be to much. Try doing crunches instead about 25! Do squats for the thighs either squat like a chair or stand straight move legs apart(left, right not forward or back) then squat a little! I hope that makes sense!

Fat loss is an overall body thing. You can't exercise any particular area of your body and make all the fat you lose come from that part. Just run.

If you have stubborn belly fat, the only way you can reduce your fat is by doing aerobic exercises. During activities like swimming, rowing and walking, enough oxygen is supplied to the body to burn fat. Fat is burned from all over the body, including the stomach. you need cardio. that's what burns fat. you're only toning at this point. do 20 to 30 minutes of walking or running to where you perspire during that time. if you're heart rate isn't increased and your not sweating then you're not going to burn the fat you need
