the best thing to do, is think about it more often until it becomes just a thought not a feeling. It's a technique the old veterans use to help with bad memories of the war. The more they thought about it an re-lived it in their minds the more they became immune to the thought and didn't scare them anymore. Its something my psych taught me.

i'd say go w/ your gut instincts...when i was younger the same thing happenned to me..and time after time it proved to be a "sixth sense"... now that i;m older i will tell my thoughts to others, because parts or all of the thought come true...same thing w/dreams...we all have phychic capabilities but dont know how to tap into them...think of it as being able to help someone or yourself out and go w.the feelings.....you have the power..!.. as you get older, your friends will be asking your thoughts on something because they know you gotz something! good luck

sounds like anxiety...talk to some one you trust or a professional counselor to help ease these symtoms. You'll feel better just getting this off your chest.
