Human contribution to CO2 and global warming?

Any physicists check this? If industry puts ~ 7GT of CO2 into the air each year, how many GT do 6X10*9 humans?. Assuming CO2 is at ~ 0.71 g/m3 at STP and humans breathe ~ 0.5l 40 times a minute then the annual total would be (in GT)?

I didn't check your other numbers, but its 7 gigatonnes/year of carbon, NOT carbon dioxide from the combustion of fossil fuels. Since C makes up 12/44 of the weight of a CO2 molecule, that makes 25.7 Gt CO2/year. So:

6x10^9 humans * 0.5L air/breath * 40 breath/minute *525600 minute/year * 1/1000 m^3 air/L air * 0.71 gCO2/m^3 air * 1/1000 kgCO2/gCO2 * 1/1000 tonneCO2/kgCO2 * 1/10^9 GtCO2/tonneCO2

= 0.0448 GT CO2/year from humans breathing

That's less than 0.2% of the emissions from burning fossil fuels. In other words, anyone who is says that we can't reduce CO2 because there are so many people breathing is wrong.

i do no longer think of the earth warms and cools certainly. i realize it does. i realize it as much as i understand the grass is eco-friendly and it grows and gets decrease. As a geologist, the data for organic climate substitute is basic, no longer that some attempt. the only factor that concerns is that if people are inflicting risky climate substitute previous an ordinary scientific curiousity. If human CO2 emissions have been to end (no longer likely a probability), then the climate might proceed to alter. we don't understand if it is going to bypass up or down. further if we proceed to emit CO2, we don't understand if it is going to bypass up or down. we don't understand the quantity that CO2 impacts the climate. we don't understand that our emisssions are unavoidably risky over all. If CO2 is top to three catastrophic tripping factor than needless to say it might count number. i in my view am no longer dropping any sleep over that possibilty in view that i think of it is distant. There are a techniques worse disadvantages in our international IMO.

Now take in to consideration the amount of CO2 so u can calculate how much CO2 the plants have taken care of through photosynthesis .Now u see the true picture.

The human contribution is miniscule. In descending order of contribution:

volcanos
oceans
animals (wild and domestic)
rotting leaves and crap in forests
people (including cars and factories)

And I probably left out a couple of categories.
