hey. good job on what you've done so far. since you feel exausted, it would be wise to change your workout. i like the idea you've given. on the cardio days, it should be longer than 1/2 an hour, start with 40 min, than build up, so you do end up losing the same amount of calories.
and you will not get fat.
Good luck!

What you're doing is fine but ideally for your body to repair the muscles you are ripping during strength training, you will need to do weights every other day. These muscles repair when you rest and better when eat protein.
If you were training only 2 - 3 times a week, for whatever reason, combining both in the same day is fine. But by alternating your workout like you say each day, your body will burn fat on cardio days and tone on strength training days so no you won't get fat. You will get fat if you up ur calorie intake so much that it out-balances the amount of calories you are burning in your output.
I do however recommend talking through your goals with a personal trainer and your GP. Your GP will guide you in the right direction as to how much weight you need to lose/gain. Your personal trainer will bear in mind all this and give you a programme which you can adhere to alone or even give you the motivation you might need if you feel you can't do it alone.
Your programme must be changed or adapted every 6 weeks, as your body becomes used to the programme and will reach and sit at a plateau meaning you won't see results as easily and it will take longer. By varying it as well, you get more enjoyment out of using different machines and doing your old favourites a whole new way.
I must also stress that any training longer than an hour will not see any more results than if you did a good half hour. This is because your muscles are going into fatigue and will need to rest properly. Cardio should be done longer than 20 minutes in any one session for it to be considered worthy of being called fat-burn exercise - aim for 40 minutes..as for strength training - this should be limited to an hour and muscles should be warmed for the beginning and cooled at the end to avoid unnecessary injury.
Like I mentioned earlier, diet can also help. If your calorie input is bigger than your exercise output, this is when you will not see results. By exercising and altering your diet, and by not necessarily cutting things out completely, because then you are likely to reach for your forbidden item meaning you feel bad when you do tuck into it, you will see results a lot easier. Please bear in mind that muscle is 4x times heavier than fat, so look for changes in areas like your chest, hips, waist, thighs, arms, etc. And definitely do NOT beat yourself up if the scales go up, as it might be muscle mass being gained. A true method of measuring how your body is coping with your fitness regime is a BMI test as it will work out your total body mass and how much as a % is muscle and how much is by % of fat.

Sounds like you may need a rest for your body not to get exhausted. Weight train three days a week, every other day and do 30-60 minutes at least three days a week on cardio and you should have no problems.

How plenty weight are you attempting to lose. i for my area enable myself 2 to 3 days a week to kick back. frequently unfolded. I do cardio all 4 to 5 days and do my capability traing(finished physique) 3 days a week. i might say to do larger physique 2 days and decrease physique 2 days in the journey that your alternating and then cardio 4 to 5 days. i think of it is significant that the entire physique have extra suitable than sometime of relax. in the journey that your physique is drained it won't get as many reward of determining. perhaps do Days one million and four larger physique Days 2 and 5 decrease physique Days one million, 2,4,5, and 6 cardio (6 is optionally available) Days 3 and 7 -relax (perhaps upload day 6 to this)
