From your question, I assume that this isn't the first time that you have reacted adversely to supplements. I will suggest you stop all supplements as most approved daily requirements can be gotten from a balanced daily diet.

try this.

first of all sit down. I have news for u. Vitamins are not regulated by the fda. they can do what they want. like put a product together without testing. so what u have is stuff that doesn't really have any affect to speak of unless the company is serious about making products that really work. If you want to find such a company I know of only one who has been in the food supplement business making their own products over 50 years, controlling all of their raw materials with 325 different tests for pesticides and herbicides, they do outside and their own research, like at u.c. berkley, and they have been published in peer reviewed journals over 85 times.they use double blind placebo based research to see if their products work, and they are the number 1 multi level marketing company in America. SHAKLEE has their website, at shaklee.com and if u want to know more email me.

You may be allergic to one of the components of the vitamins. Perhaps you should try another type with different ingredients.

are you sure it is the supplement or are you just breaking out? remember supplements are not AFD approved. So you don't really know what is in it.
