sit down with pencil and paper (pencil is so that you can erase.), write down the days, sunday first, through saturday, and under each day, list what you do now. Everyone has a very full life, and sometimes it can be difficult to shave even 20 minutes depending on what career, or jobs, a particular individual has. On a seperate page, do the same thing, only this time, One weekend day, time is made for 15 min. working out, ( if you do not work out at home) make it 1 hour. This also needs to fit into the rest of the days of the week, and here is where you learn just how handy your eraser can be. If you are like anyone, you will find ANY excuse to NOT WORKOUT....however, the only way to truly exercise, and this might sound redundant, is to, um, MAKE THE TIME, AND EXERCISE, even if it means missing out on a date to the Lakers with Snoop Dog....okay, you get the point. Scheduling, and then adhering to the scheduling, is what I advise. know, what it is, that you want, and then don't let YOURSELF get in the way. I wish you the best of luck, and can let you know, that starting with 5 minutes of Abs, then 5 on Bike, (tough courses). and then working Muscle Groups, and alternating, eventually, the soreness, and the pain, will give way to eagerness, and great feeling about yourself. With your pencil, write how you feel about yourself now, and what you WANT to feel about yourself, again, don't get in YOUR way......be honest. GOOD LUCK AND HAPPY LIVING.

If you are going to the gym take a book, handheld games console or newspaper.
I take one of those and just cycle for an hour or so, it helps the time go by. Also your excercising without even noticing it!
