Try and find the newest drivers for it at nvidia.com

Do you see anything on your computer screen? If not the card could be bad or its not recognized in the BIOS of your MotherBoard. Make sure to turn off an integrated video solutions on your motherboard, and be sure that you're not using an AGP interface card in a PCIe X16 slot.
